SOFFIT
Soffit plays an important role in moderating temperature extremes and provides proper ventilation in the attic while keeping moisture out.
Soffit is located at the underside of the roof covering and protecting the rafter beams. The rafter beams serve a primary role in the structure of your home and roof and it’s important to protect them from exposure to rain, wind or freezing temperatures or extreme heat and direct sunlight.
